The Aarebrot Lecture

Aarebrotforelesningen (the Aarebrot Lecture) is the University of Bergen's annual public lecture in memory of Frank Aarebrot. We have produced the lecture at Kvarteret every year since 2023, with set design, lighting, screen content and technical production. In 2026 Kvarteret was transformed into a dystopian surveillance state, with posters, barrier tape and screens whose eyes followed the audience.
