Sparebanken Norge
Bergens Sparebank was founded on 3 March 1823, and 200 years later it was time for a proper celebration. On the anniversary itself, staff were welcomed with a red carpet and fanfare at the head office and every branch, and later that year the bank gathered all its employees for an anniversary party at Verftet.
When Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør merged to become Sparebanken Norge, it was time for a new milestone: the first gathering of all employees from both banks. With few flights out of Kristiansand, we chartered six planes to get everyone there – so colleagues from across the country could meet and celebrate together.
We have worked with the bank for many years, on projects including Vestlandskonferansen and Barnas Superfestival. That makes it easier to create celebrations that suit both the culture and the people who work there.
